Our Legal Body

• Parvatiya Durgam Siksha Vikas (PDSV) is governed by General Body and Governing Board.
• General Body is an open forum participated by members from civil societies which include members from Governing Board.
• General Body is a supreme body normally conduct meeting annually and has power to amend and nullify any byelaws for the benefit of the organization.
• PDSV is managed by Governing Body/Office bearers consist of seven members including President, Secretary and Treasurer.
• The Governing Board meets Quarterly as stipulated in the provision of the organization byelaws.
• Members of Governing Board decide policy matters, discuss project progress, share project reports and decide future course of action
• Special meeting can be called in between by the Governing Board as and when required.
